| Thank you to everyone involved in updating this website. I am a recent grauate from the NY07 group. Joyce Steel did a tremendous work throughout the entire session. We are empowered to speak up for ourselves as Self Advocates and for our children as Parent Advocates. We became a tight group and I will really miss seeing everyone. | |||

| It is hard for me to put unto word what Partners in Policymaking means to me, but in a nutshell the old saying “No man is an island†is one that I am sure all graduates of Partners truly understand. On an individual level I feel that nothing I have done or plan to do would have been or would be possible without Partners. The training and networking I received from Partners has made it possible for me to accomplish so much that I can not begin to tell you the impact Partners has had on my life. | I have been taking the E-Courses on line for the last couple of months. I am very glad that they offer free courses to educate yourself more about disabilities with your children, I have learned alot.I have been going to tranings, since the 1990's and I am going to another one May 11th. I can't wait. I also have a blogger that I have been put information on for anyone to look at. I am also a parent Advocate for Greene County. Which is located in Up State Ny. I have been one for 10 years. I am pround in what I do for other parents and children who need my help.... | |||
